Teachers kept asking for these in their classrooms. So I built the library with them.

Teachers across dozens of countries found the visuals on their own and started using them without being asked. No rollout, no mandate. The same requests kept coming: “Can I print this?” “Can I hang this in my classroom?” “Do you have a PDF?” “Where can I buy this for advisory?”

So I built the Growth by Visuals EDU Library as a proper supplemental resource, built together with many of those teachers. 180 visuals, 20 complete educational packs with discussion guides, no-prep PowerPoints, and implementation materials for classroom, advisory, homeroom, and counseling use.

The library and the packs are something new. Not what you’ve seen on social media. This is what teachers say when they see them for the first time:

The packs win over teachers, counselors, and admins

“I’ve had a quick look through and I love the detail and thought you’ve put into these. They will be so useful for teachers in helping our students blossom as well as lowering the workload to do so. I find our curriculum really doesn’t cover enough of these sort of growth mindset / executive functioning / social skills / self esteem boosting things, and I know a lot of teachers spend a lot of time finding ways to add it in because it’s so much more important for their little souls than times tables and spelling.”Megan Megan
“I shared with 2 of my school counselors and they liked the simplicity of the pics and how it could be a quick conversation with a kid or something longer with a group.”Allison Allison
“This is what everyone wants! I’ve bought packages from Unlearn in the past but they’re nowhere near as good as the implementation as yours.”Sarah Sarah
“It helps scaffold the conversation if anyone is unsure. I think the visuals are so powerful and this helps support people to understand them.”Bree Alger Bree
“We make our advisory curriculum from scratch and it is very time consuming. That’s how I stumbled on your IG. I’m always on the hunt for things I can use to create lessons for Advisory. It’s only 15 minutes per day but it’s super important stuff we are trying to teach kids during that time. And this is really good stuff! I really think the visuals are powerful. I would love to convince my principal to buy the framed prints and hang them around the school. I’d also like to use these lessons you shared for our Advisory classes.”Carrie Carrie
“oh wow. these look good, they’d be easy to use for a classroom teacher!”Genie Genie
“This will definitely be clear and attractive to administrators, who are often the folks making final decisions about curriculum too!”Ashley Ashley
“I’ve started showing them to my students, they love them!”Cedric Cedric

From the library to a live classroom discussion in minutes

Growth by Visuals EDU Library grid, 180 visuals

The full library: 180 visuals, filterable by topic

Visual detail view showing PNG, PDF, Present and Download Edu Pack options

Present: full-screen with your school logo, instant discussion. PNG: drop into any slide deck. PDF: print as handouts, posters, or classroom displays.

A non-scripted SEL conversation, ready in minutes. Open the library, pick a visual that fits the moment, click Present. It fills the screen, your school’s logo in the corner, nothing to build. Then ask: What do you see? What do you think it means? Is this true, and when isn’t it? That’s the discussion started, in under a minute of prep.

Next session you pick a different visual from the 180 in the library. If one resonates, grab the PDF and frame it in the classroom. Open the edu pack to see how you or your colleagues could implement this visual in advisory, counseling, small groups, or SPED and ELL tier-2 conversations.

Present it tomorrow

Everything your staff needs to run a discussion tomorrow

The Growth by Visuals EDU Library includes 180 SEL visuals and growing, plus 20 complete educational packs with discussion prompts, no-prep PowerPoints, implementation guidance, and framework alignment, ready for advisory, homeroom, classroom, and counseling.

The “How Much You Learn” pack is one of those 20. I’m making it free so you can try the format and see what a pack actually includes: the visual, the discussion structure, the materials. Then judge whether it fits your school before asking them to license the full library. Download it and your staff gets everything they need to run a discussion tomorrow:

  • 🖼️
The visual: open-ended, works from 6th grade through 12th, and even into higher education and university
  • 💬
Discussion prompts: questions with no right answer, designed to open conversation, not close it
  • 📊
No-prep PowerPoint: ready to present, nothing to build
  • 📋
Implementation guidance: how to use it in advisory, homeroom, classroom, and counseling
  • Framework alignment: CASEL competency mapping, WIDA alignment, and ELL implementation notes so you can document and justify use across student populations

Built to get used, not shelved

  • Teachers reach for it on their ownMost SEL gets used because it’s required. This spread across dozens of countries because teachers chose to. That’s the whole difference.
  • It becomes a shared shortcutDiscuss a visual once and it sticks. Weeks later a student stumbles and you just ask, “isn’t this a green brain situation?” The whole class knows what you mean.
  • No prepOpen it, present it, ask “what do you see?” No binder, no prep stolen from teaching.
  • No scripts, no role-playNothing to rehearse, no scenarios to act out. Staff ask a real question in their own words, and students answer honestly.
  • Students actually answerNo right answer, so they bring their own thinking. The conversation goes somewhere, and they remember it weeks later.
  • Older students lean in, not outNothing about it feels childish. Just a visual and a question, so middle and high schoolers engage instead of tuning out.
  • Works for ELL and SPED, no separate materialsThe image gives everyone an equal starting point. ELL students join in without fighting a second language, and SPED students take part in the whole-class discussion without being singled out.
  • No curriculum politicsWorks alongside Second Step, CharacterStrong, Harmony, and your own advisory materials. It adds to what you have and replaces nothing.
  • No IT review, no rosteringStaff log in and go. No rostering, no IT review, no student data collected.

Common questions

Can I just save these from your social media instead? +

You can save individual visuals from social media for personal use, but there are a few important differences. What you find on Instagram or Facebook is a small selection of the library, and the resolution and format aren’t optimised for classroom display or printing.

The library contains visuals that have never been posted publicly, plus the full high-resolution files (PNG for screens, PDF for print), the educational packs, discussion prompts, no-prep PowerPoints, implementation guidance, and the full-screen present mode with your school’s logo. None of that is available on social media. A school license gives your entire staff access to everything, properly formatted and ready to use.

This pack is one of 20. What else is in the library? +

The library includes 180 SEL visuals, each available as a printable PDF and high-resolution PNG, with full-screen presentation mode for whole-class use.

20 of those visuals have a complete educational pack: discussion prompts, no-prep PowerPoint, implementation guidance, and framework alignment. The other 160 visuals are available immediately. Their educational packs are added throughout the year based on school demand. The library keeps growing.

Does this replace what we already have? +

No. It’s supplemental. Growth by Visuals works alongside Second Step, CharacterStrong, Harmony, Leader in Me, and your own advisory materials. It doesn’t replace anything.

Can I document and justify this to administrators? +

Yes. Every educational pack includes CASEL competency mapping so you can document use and justify it to administrators. Packs also include WIDA alignment notes and ELL implementation guidance. The visual format works well for ELL students because it doesn’t depend on language-heavy participation.

Will this trigger an IT review or student data process? +

No. Staff log in and access the library directly. Students don’t create accounts, don’t log in, and no personal data is collected. That means no IT review, no rostering, no student data privacy concerns. Much lower friction than most EdTech tools.

Will older students actually engage with this? +

Most educational packs are for grades 5 through 12. The format works especially well for middle and high schoolers who tune out scripted SEL, because it doesn’t feel designed for younger students.

What happens after I download it? +

You get the full “How Much You Learn” pack by email: visual, discussion prompts, no-prep PowerPoint, implementation guidance, and framework alignment. Try it in an advisory session or share it with your counseling team. If it fits, you’ll hear from me about a school license. No sales call required.
